RMA – The Royal Marines Charity is hugely proud to have again been chosen by the Exeter Chiefs Foundation as one of its designated charities for the upcoming 2022/23 season.

The Chiefs play in Premiership Rugby, England’s top rugby division, and HM Royal Marines have forged a strong relationship with them over many years, so we truly appreciate the contribution their ongoing support makes to the RMA as the Marines’ own charity.

The Club established the Exeter Chiefs Foundation in 2011 with a selected group of local businessmen and last season it raised close to £200,000 that was then distributed between its chosen charities, of which the RMA was one. Its local aim is to help change lives and improve standards and facilities for many different people.

We are so very fortunate to have such a generous supporter and couldn’t agree more with Exeter Foundation chairman, Tony Rowe OBE, who – in announcing this year’s chosen charities – commented that ‘the funds raised by the Foundation really do make a difference in so many ways to the charities it supports’.

On behalf of all involved with our Charity, we would like to sincerely thank the Exeter Chiefs Foundation for their support, and also offer the Chiefs themselves every good wish for a successful season – we look forward to sharing their joy when they bring the Premiership Cup home again!
