The London Kayakathon 2021

This exclusive and unique event saw participants kayak 21 miles through the heart of the City of London, with and alongside serving and former Royal Marines.

Andrew’s story

In 2018 Andrew was downgraded when he was diagnosed with Patellar Tendinopathy. Andrew underwent a year of shock wave therapy and injections, which was unsuccessful. He contacted the Charity to seek guidance and help with funding to start a new career as an electrician.

Gladys Hoare’s Legacy

Family links inspire legacy gift to help support the Royal Marines family in the future. Gladys’ father, Charles, had served in the Royal Marines Light Infantry and additionally served aboard HMS Lion in the Battle of Jutland.

Ocean Revival set off from New York

Ocean Revival is a team of serving and former serving Royal Marine Commandos, who have fought alongside each other at 45 Commando. They have now teamed up to take the fight against plastic by rowing across the North Atlantic Ocean.
