Through many years of dedicated fundraising, The Foundry Arms have exceeded £25,000 in funds raised to support the Royal Marines Family.

Based in the heart of Poole, Dorset, The Foundry Arms is owned and run by Royal Marine Veteran Moz and his partner Tracey.

This stellar amount of money has been raised through a huge variety of events, including quizzes, music nights, auctions and even through a raffle for a 2-week stay in Orlando in 2018.

“As a Former Bootneck myself The Royal Marines Charity is very close to my heart and the only one we raise money for, and as a military pub I see the life-changing physical a mental trauma some of these boys suffer and know the effect and hard work you guys have on them every day, I’m very proud to be part of that by raising money towards getting these fella’s back on track and getting some sort of life back. Plus, the help you give not just the injured but to the families

My wife and I salute you, keep on keeping on, you do make a difference”

Moz

Despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Moz and Tracey have remained committed to fundraising for RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, most recently raising £375 for a military talk hosted by The Foundry Arms.

Remembrance 2019

The pub is renowned for offering a warm welcome in their traditional pub in the heart of Poole, Dorset. In 2015 & 2017, The Foundry Arms won the Marston’s pub of the year award.

Moz, and Tracey are incredible not only with the support to the Charity, but also the amazing amount of money that they have raised. They are always thinking up new events to raise even more money which in turn raises the profile of the Charity so we can reach more people who need our support.

I would definitely recommend a visit to The Foundry Arms for anyone who is in the Poole area! You would be made incredibly welcome.
