Bostonair Group have a long history in supporting the ex-armed forces community. In our Boston Energy division around 35% of all our personnel come from ex-armed forces and tri-services backgrounds. Boston Energy are signed up to the ‘Armed Forces Covenant’.
We have over 20 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting the best candidates from the ex-armed forces community, investing in them by providing relevant training courses then placing with customers as entry-level technicians (or similar positions). These personnel are then embedded in experienced teams and then quickly ‘level up’ and gain experience quickly.
