Net Zero Retro Fit Skills Bootcamp

No matter how small your business or what industry you’re in, your commitment could make a real difference to the planet, to your customers and to your running costs! Even the smallest businesses produce carbon emissions, it could be through your building, your vehicles or your supply chain.

The Net Zero elements of the Skills Bootcamp will help businesses and individuals gain valuable knowledge and  practical skills to reduce the carbon footprint and in turn maximise the use of local energy resources and maintain the thermal mass and heat retention or properties.

The Retrofit element of the Skills Bootcamp will allow employers and learners to understand how to repair and or replace resources with energy saving sustainable products.

Mechanical Engineering Welding Skills Bootcamp

Our #Train4Tomorrow technical Mechanical Engineering Welding Skills Bootcamps have been co designed with employers across the region to ensure they represent the needs of industry.

As a result, recruiting from the Bootcamp graduates will give you access to industry ready talent. Plus as this training has been funded through £3 million pounds plus of Government investment, with some of the Bootcamp graduates having continued access to their learning throughout 2021, this represents a skills boost to your workforce at little cost.

We are also interested to hear from employers who may be able to provide valuable work experience opportunities for Skills Bootcamp learners.
