Primary Responsibilities
Management of team providing front line maintenance support to help reduce
the downtime of plant to a minimum. Leading and managing a combination of
day and shift electricians. Supporting the Production department, providing
technical support and fault-finding skills to ensure the efficient operation of the
process.

The Person

Time served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent additional relevant
higher-level qualifications are also desirable.
This is an Ideal role for someone looking for a management entry point. The
candidate should be a willing team player with a strong work ethic, excellent IT
Skills, and technical expertise to extract and manipulate data and identify
trends.
Strong people and communication skills – written, verbal, presentation This role
would suit a hands-on person with a can-do attitude. Applications encouraged
from candidates with Military backgrounds.

The Company

Manufacture and supply of wood-based products to the European construction
& DIY markets for over 40 years.
Our products include OSB, Particleboard and MDF. They are used extensively
throughout construction, furniture, and DIY industries, and come with the
environmental reassurance of FSC® certification; the company is net carbon
negative.
The manufacturing facility in South Molton is one of three in the UK and with
facilities in Europe and further afield they employ approximately 2000 staff
worldwide.

Hours of Work Mon-Fri, 0800 – 1630hrs

Basic salary £30 to £40k per annum
