Location A: Belgium (Brussels Airport)
Location B: Devon/ UK in remote working capacity

Details of the Role:
– Setting up Processes for the Distribution Centre in Belgium and in the UK. For
the First 3 Months, you will be tasked with the on-going operations in Belgium,
to make sure everything flows and runs as you would expect.
Set Up:
– Setting up processes and standard operating procedures for; goods in, goods
out, checking in goods, warehouse layout, storage, how the boxes will be
packed, what systems will be required (IT, Barcoding,
Technology). With this role, we are really looking for you to lead the way as to
what systems you have in the Military and implementing them into our company.
Hiring: You will be tasked with hiring and the recruitment for the team in Belgium,
we are looking for someone to really take this role by the horns and build from
scratch the team, systems, and training to make sure service delivery is at the
highest level.

Who do we wish to appoint?
– Someone who has experience of managing a team, is a self-starter and has a
clear vision and a passion behind what they are looking to achieve. We are
looking for someone who is willing to step straight into this role, and will just
“know” what is required, what needs to be implemented and can move swiftly in
to processes and operations.
– We need someone who is confident in what they do; so, as a company we can
fully get behind them and invest in the decisions they make. For example, if they
need “XYZ Technology” we will make the investment, if they want “XYZ Team”
we will make the investment.
– We operate in the High-End Luxury Yacht Sector, so we need someone who is
smart and regimented and whose attention to detail is at the highest level.
Everything from the goods entering the warehouse, to departing and arriving
with the client the quality and standards need to be to the highest level.
– Someone with experience of training a team and a track record of efficiency and
performance delivery would be great; as the candidate we choose will need to
be hands on with the training and making sure the team are doing everything
they need.
– This role is more of a “Management” Role – as opposed to a “Hands On” pack
the boxes yourself role, but the right candidate will have already had “boots on
the ground” and the experience of performing the role whilst in active service.

Initial role will be the oversight and set up of the Distribution Centre in Belgium, and
then will be tasked of the set up and processes in the UK. Then it will look like an
oversight of both locations, the standards and operations are being carried out as
expected. Travel and Accommodation will be provided, and an expenses allowance
will be granted whilst outside the UK.

Start Date: Immediate
Closing Date: 18th April [Stretch End April]

Salary: Above average but to be discussed during interview stage
