We are seeking someone that is punctual, honest, friendly, diligent & organised with the ability to fault find and resolve issues thoroughly and independently (with a smile). Successful candidate will have a track record of property maintenance, a full clean driving license and be able to hot spoon efficiently and get the civvies on bites daily. 

Job Location: Isle of Anglesey, North Wales

This is a permanent role working a minimum 30 (ideally 40) hours per week. Benefits – We are a Real Living Wage Employer that also offer an annual bonus, use of our gym, 1 minute walk to some of the best beaches in Wales for kite-surfing, wind surfing and only 25 minutes from the base of Snowdon. We have made provisional arrangements to provide a 2-bedroom apartment in the village of Rhosneigr, however nothing firm will be arranged until the right person is found.

 

We also appreciate someone may want to bring their wife etc , we can also offer a 16 hour position working with our housekeeping teams. More details on request. 

Company vehicle (van) and tools to be offered to successful candidate.

Job Types: Permanent (ideally)

Part-time hours: Minimum 30 per week

Salary: TBD dependent upon housing requirement.

Duties are to include but not limited to the following:

  • Fault find, resolve or coordinate trades for property maintenance issues as they arise
  • Coordinate planned property maintenance and repairs
  • Garden maintenance
  • General caretaking duties.

Hours – To be discussed in detail at interview, but will include the necessity to work most Fridays & Saturdays.

Salary – To be discussed in detail at interview, but we are Real Living Wage employers and this role would usually attract up to £30k (gross) dependent upon experience and hours agreed. Overtime availalbe and company vehicle included. Salary to be agreed and would also depend upon subsidised housing requirement.
