Skills & Experience
Recent experience operating/controlling/maintaining crew served weapons (HMG, Javelin, HVM)
The ability to transfer experience to controlling remote weapons stations noting full training will be provided.
The ability to advise the engineering team on operator requirements.
Delivering training to new operators
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a strong customer focus
