Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise digital fundraising income from the public, including individuals, challenge event fundraisers, and community groups.
  • Plan and deliver an effective Digital Fundraising Strategy to achieve targets in income, donor acquisition, and event participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the fundraising team and wider staff to enhance income generation and supporter engagement.
  • Research and implement innovative digital tools to engage new supporters.
  • Create and implement paid social media content for key fundraising appeals to secure donations and recruit event participants.
  • Write and edit compelling content for digital and social media channels in conjunction with the Communications team.
  • Monitor and report on digital fundraising campaigns.
  • Execute digital fundraising campaigns, including paid advertising on social media.
  • Lead content creation and updates for fundraising pages on our website.
  • Support the Fundraising Team with events and other duties as necessary, including out-of-hours work and weekend work (with time off in lieu arranged).

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a fundraising position within a non-profit organisation.
  • Practical experience with social media and online giving platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Give Wheel).
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and effective digital fundraising campaigns.
  • Understanding of PayPal Giving Fund and Facebook/Instagram Fundraising, to enable management of this process.
  • Knowledge of donor stewardship journeys.
  • Experience with setting up paid search/PPC campaigns on AdWords.
  • Working knowledge of Design and creative outputs.
  • Passion for and experience in producing online content and digital communications.
  • Abily to deliver on the above is an essential part of the role.

Hours:- Full-time: Monday – Friday (Weekends as requested). Weekend work will be return with time of in lieu.

Office based at CTCRM, Lympstone, Exmouth, EX8 5AR.

Salary: £24K – £26K per annum
