Ian is Group COO for the Charities Aid Foundation, or CAF. CAF is a leading charity and a bank that connects vital organisations, institutions and individuals working to ensure everyone has a stake in the future and to accelerate progress in society towards a fair and sustainable future for all.
CAF Group consists of the Charities Aid Foundation in the UK, including CAF Bank, CAF America, and CAF Canada, combined with a network of like-minded charitable partners across the globe including South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Brazil, India and Turkey.
Prior to joining CAF in 2022, Ian has served in a range of executive and chairman positions in financial services firms across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, including HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Barclays, and trade associations ASIFMA and AFME.
Outside of the workplace, Ian has been a long-serving committee member and supporter of the RMA The Royal Marines Charity and other charities.
