Completion of Full Service Transition Workshop

You joined well, served well, now we want to help you leave well.

If you’re approaching the completion of full service, then this workshop is for you!

We provide a personalised approach towards resettlement, aiming at plugging any gaps in your current transition process for the completion of service leaver (COS).

By attending our completion of full service workshop, it will increase your chances of successful transition at the end of a Royal Marines career.

This 2 day workshop will include a focus on you and your transition, as well as a pension brief from Marty Small from White Ensign Association, Industry specialists and a return from recent service leavers who are now in civvy street.

What has been identified:

Completion of Service Leavers do not have personalised access to the E&E Team. This has been identified Internally and Externally​

Extensive review and access to multiple industries, with exposure to volunteering and or work experience ​

Individualised skills translation, inline with current industry needs​

Personal reflection on civilian working practices​

COS wish to access this level of support via their own charity.
