Set against the backdrop of the iconic race track, the National Transition Event is a unique event which offers service leavers, veterans and their partners the opportunity to find out about careers away from the military. The event is supported by both the MoD and the Office for Veterans’ Affairs.
Bringing together service leavers, veterans & family members with employers and MoD to aid successful, sustainable transition & networking opportunities for the Armed Forces community.
Employers You Can Talk To
Unlike traditional employment fairs, the National Transition Event actively encourages those businesses exhibiting to be represented by employees who have previously served in the Armed Forces giving you honest insight, advice, guidance and support. Other activities include the chance to test drive a range of EV vehicles.

Troops’ Track Day
Hosted by Mission Motorsport, The Forces’ Motorsport Charity in conjunction with Gold Track, attendees will be given the chance to access high-speed thrills in a variety of supercars around the world-famous Silverstone GP Circuit as part of the Troops’ Track Day. Drivers have included Sir Chris Hoy, Jodi Kidd, Chris Harris and former BBC Top Gear’s Stig Ben Collins.
What to expect in 2025:
Speak with big names such as Jaguar Land Rover, and leading Renewable Energy companies such as RWE to industry bodies such as RenewableUK, all actively recruiting Armed Forces Personnel
