What has been identified:
Completion of Service Leavers (COS) do not have personalised access to the E&E Team. This has been identified Internally and Externally
Extensive review and access to multiple industries, with exposure to volunteering and or work experience
Individualised skills translation, inline with current industry needs
Personal reflection on civilian working practices
COS wish to access this level of support via their own charity.
