Join SOE EXPEDITIONS on February 2024 for the Real Heroes of Telemark epic attack route and sabotage on the Heavy water factory at Vemork Norway.
The Heroes took part in Operation Gunnerside, a world famous sabotage operation during WW2.
The aim of this Operation was to sabotage Nazi Germany’s attempt at producing a substance called Deuterium Oxide, (commonly known as heavy water) for the German nuclear energy program.
Taking 10 days including training this epic expedition will test you both physically and mentally. Following in the Heroes footsteps, you will set off from the original Jansbu cabin where the Heroes stayed before traversing through some of the most demanding yet rugged terrain in Norway. A combination of log cabins, tents and improvised snow shelters will be used to survive this epic journey.
