The Big Half is back in 2023 and we are inviting our supporters to join the amazing team taking on the event to raise vital funds for us.

The sixth edition of London’s community half marathon on Sunday 3 September is set to have an unmissable festival atmosphere and offers participants the chance to enjoy the stunning closed-road course starting near Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich while supporting our cause.

Take in the sights of London and run half the famous London Marathon course in reverse.
