A grant of £1,500 from RMA – The Royal Marines Charity towards a specialist orthopaedic bed and mattress has helped ease the pain at night of a 38 year-old former Royal Marine from Glasgow.

In November 1948, the Royal Marines Forces Volunteer Reserve was formed at a prestigious ceremony in London. Seventy-five years later, Royal Marines Reserves (RMR), United States Marine Corps (USMC) Reservists and one Australian, came together for two weeks of innovative training that harked back to their Commando roots, whilst signaling our future direction.

In August 2023, the Nuclear Security Operators (NSOs) of Anzio Tp, P Sqn, were fortunate enough to be presented an opportunity to conduct training at the home of the USMC’s Tier 2 Special Operations Force, MARSOF.
This year we will be back at the Graspan Memorial in central London to celebrate the Corps 360th anniversary year and remember those who have gone before us.
