The Job
Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager you will Manage and
Supervise the execution of maintenance activities within the South Molton site.
Primary
Responsibilities
Management, scheduling & supervision, ensuring that work is carried out safely,
in accordance with the CMMS, and the company management system.
Work pack Creation and sign off.
Audit of work undertaken.
Organisation of labour, plant, parts required to successfully execute planned
maintenance and emergent work.

The Person
Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined maintenance staff. Experience
with Maintenance Management systems and organizing Planned Maintenance
tasks.
Engineering and Facilities Management background preferred but transferable
skills will be considered.
Applications encouraged from candidates with Military backgrounds.
Hours of Work Mon-Fri 0800 to 1630
Basic salary £30k to £40k dependent on experience.
